How the Appraisal Process Works

A member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, we send qualified, professional appraisers to thoroughly inspect each residence to determine its impartial fair market appraisal value. The appraisal process usually consists of our experienced crew taking various measurements and numerous photos of each property. We then provide a complete detailed appraisal report for each client including photos, maps and lot plans.
